Intellectual Property Law: New Master Curriculum for the National Consultancy e-Centre on IP management

1. To introduce the international master degree program (6 courses) on International and Comparative Intellectual Property Law for Ukrainian universities and align it with the Bologna process;
2. To establish the National Consultancy e-Centre on IP management;
3. To set up EU-PC and PC-EU master student mobility.

Description

The key goal of this project is to prepare a new generation of lawyers capable of performing practical IP management works by using the latest achievements in intellectual property law, trademarks and patents right. With their newly acquired knowledge and skills, they will be able to perform their functions better and their clients will be able to introduce new products to the market at a shorter time and with better quality while keeping the costs low. These lawyers will be capable of using best practices and approaches that can offer better quality of law consulting services, best styling in addition to the superior function.

To reach the main objective of the project an master degree program (6 courses) on International and Comparative Intellectual Property Law for Ukrainian universities will be developed. It will be carried out in close cooperation with non-academic sector of Ukraine, by 3 Ukrainian and 4 European universities.

Through this MSc programme the close cooperation links between national legal authorities and university systems in Ukraine will be spanned and high quality of education in a higher education system in Intellectual Property Law programs will be enhanced.
